Production Operator

As a production operator, you’ll work across various stages of the processing line. Tasks include filleting with a knife, removing bones using knives or pliers, packing, and handling goods. All activities follow strict food safety protocols. The role is practical, varied, and essential to maintaining production flow. You’ll be part of an international team producing salmon and trout fillets and portions for customers in Norway and abroad.

Terminal Operator

Terminal operators manage the daily flow of goods. Responsibilities include loading and unloading, palletizing, handling ice, and inspecting trucks and pallets. You’ll ensure products are handled safely and correctly, in line with food safety standards. It’s a hands-on role that’s crucial for keeping logistics and production moving. You’ll work alongside colleagues from many countries, helping maintain a smooth and efficient operation every day.

Quality Coordinator

As a quality coordinator, you’ll help ensure food safety and compliance with industry standards. Tasks include inspecting raw materials and finished products, writing reports, handling samples, and supporting audits. You’ll also assist in staff training and continuous improvement efforts. This varied role is key to maintaining high quality across the factory, working closely with production teams, certification bodies, and colleagues throughout the plant.

Process Technician

Process technicians are part of our technical team, responsible for setting up machines, adjusting knives and belts, and ensuring smooth line operation. You’ll work to optimize flow, reduce downtime, and improve yield. The role is hands-on and practical, but also includes reporting, improvement initiatives, and staff support. Together with your team, you’ll help ensure safe, efficient production and consistently high-quality output.
